Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rocapine ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Eve Rhythm mobile application and the everhythm.com website (together, the "Service"). We built Eve Rhythm around a simple conviction: what you log about your body and your faith is yours. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health data for advertising.

1. Information we collect

• Cycle and health data you log: period days, cervical mucus observations, sensations, basal body temperature, symptoms, intimacy entries, and personal notes. This data is stored to provide the app's core features.
• Faith content you create: reflections, prayers you mark, verse bookmarks, and Bible notes.
• Onboarding answers: your intention (open to life or mindful), goals, and cycle information you provide during setup.
• Community content: posts, comments, polls, and your anonymous community profile (handle, optional bio and avatar), if you choose to participate.
• Account and device data: an anonymous identifier, device type, operating system, app version, language, and country.
• Usage analytics: which screens and features are used, so we can improve the app. Analytics never include the content of your notes, reflections, or health values.
• Purchase data: subscription status, processed by Apple or Google and our subscription providers. We never see your full payment details.

2. How we use your data

• To provide the Service: cycle predictions, fertility insights, daily verses, prayers, widgets, and community.
• To maintain and improve the app, diagnose problems, and develop new features.
• To manage subscriptions, free trials, and customer support.
• To send notifications you have enabled (verse, check-in, and reading reminders, community activity). You can turn these off at any time.

3. Data storage and security

Your cycle logs are stored locally on your device and, where sync or community features require it, on secured servers. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and limited to what operating the Service requires.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service: cloud hosting and database providers, subscription management (RevenueCat, Superwall), analytics (Amplitude), attribution (Adjust), and crash reporting. Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound by its own data processing agreement. The community feature is moderated with automated tools before content is shown to others.

5. Your rights

• Access and portability: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: fix inaccurate information.
• Deletion: delete your data from within the app (sign out wipes on-device data) or by contacting us for server-side deletion.
• Objection and restriction: object to or restrict certain processing.

6. GDPR compliance (EU)

If you are in the European Economic Area, we process your data under the legal bases of contract performance (providing the Service), your consent (health data you choose to log, notifications), and legitimate interest (security, improvement). Health data is treated as a special category of data and processed only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. CCPA compliance (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Children's privacy

Eve Rhythm is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies

The everhythm.com website uses a minimal set of cookies: a language preference cookie ("hl") and Google Analytics cookies to understand site traffic. The app itself does not use advertising cookies or trackers.

10. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your data or stop using the Service and request deletion, we remove personal data from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
