Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Eve Rhythm mobile application and the everhythm.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Rocapine ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account and data

The app works with an anonymous identifier created on your device. You are responsible for your device's security. Signing out wipes on-device data; see our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and deleted.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Eve Rhythm is a paid app offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month or $39.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown at purchase).
• New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically.
• Billing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through your store account. Manage or cancel anytime in your store subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• In the community, be kind and honest. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, spam, medical misinformation, or that identifies another person without consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may moderate, hide, or remove community content and suspend access for violations of these Terms.

5. Community content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service so the community can function. You are responsible for what you post. Community content is shared by users, is not medical advice, and does not represent our views.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Rocapine or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Bible translations included in the app are used under their respective licenses or are in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of predictions, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocapine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service, including decisions about conception or contraception. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
